Nope! You can download ToolaBrowser and start converting files immediately—no account, no sign-up, no email required. We designed it to be as simple as possible: download, install, and go.

Absolutely. Your privacy is our top priority. We don't store your files, track your conversions, or collect any personal data about what you're converting. Your files stay on your device throughout the conversion process. We use CloudConvert for the actual conversion, which processes files securely and deletes them immediately after conversion.

Converting to PDF is super simple:

1. Open ToolaBrowser
2. Click on the conversion icon in the toolbar
3. Select the file you want to convert
4. Choose "PDF" as the output format
5. Click "Convert" and wait a few seconds
6. Download your converted PDF file

That's it! The entire process usually takes less than a minute.

Currently, ToolaBrowser is available for Windows only. We're working on expanding to macOS and Linux in the future. Stay tuned for updates!

ToolaBrowser is powered by the CloudConvert SDK, an industry-leading conversion API that supports over 200 formats. CloudConvert handles the heavy lifting of file conversion with enterprise-grade quality and speed. We chose CloudConvert because of their excellent track record for accuracy, security, and privacy.

Most common files can be converted without issues. Very large files (over 1GB) may take longer to process or could hit our conversion service limits. For typical documents, images, and spreadsheets, you won't encounter any problems.

They're not stored at all! Your files are processed securely through CloudConvert and immediately deleted after conversion. We don't keep any copies of your files—ever. The conversion happens in real-time, and once the converted file is downloaded to your computer, all traces are removed from the conversion server.

Batch conversion is on our roadmap! We're currently working on adding the ability to convert multiple files at once. For now, you can convert files one at a time, but we're making it as fast as possible so you can queue up multiple conversions quickly.

Yes! ToolaBrowser is built on Chromium, the same open-source engine that powers Chrome, Edge, and many other browsers. This means you get excellent performance, compatibility with modern web standards, and a familiar browsing experience—plus all the conversion tools we've added on top.
